energy exchange (ee) ambassadors & hosts

Become an integral part of our family by welcoming clients into our home in the most heartfelt and memorable way. As an EE Host, you’ll help our studio run smoothly, create a sense of belonging, and make meaningful connections—it’s the hallmark of what we do.

    • Unlimited yoga in exchange for two shifts per week.

    • Connection with our vibrant community.

    • Personal growth and hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

    1. Opening and closing the studio (arrive 30 minutes before class).

    2. Taking class and supporting the community’s needs.

    3. Assisting teachers with registration, headcounts, and class support.

    4. Maintaining the welcoming look and feel of our studio.

  • Seasoned EE Hosts can grow into Ambassadors, floating to support larger classes, signature events, and ongoing training. While typically by invitation, current EE members are welcome to express interest.

    Apply online to become an EE Host today! After submitting your application, you’ll complete a live interview and training (minimum of 4 classes, free during training). Upon acceptance, you’ll join our team and start making a difference.

teaching opportunities

Share your passion for yoga or barre by becoming a part of our teaching team! We value diverse experiences while maintaining our studio’s unique philosophy rooted in Power Yoga and The Alley’s Signature Blue Zone Blueprint.

  • 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification (RYT 200) or equivalent.

    Completion of our partner YTT program: Power Yoga Canada’s Seek the Truth 200 Hour Training.

    • Includes breathwork, drishti, poses, flow memorization, music as a tool, assisting, and more.

    • Features 160 contact hours, labs, practice teaching, and unlimited yoga during training.

    Post-graduation: Participate in a teacher demo with owners and coordinators. Accepted candidates gain access to the Blue Zone Blueprint (no additional cost).

  • Certification in barre, yoga, pilates, or fitness.

    Core skills include:

    • Foundational principles (alignment, body positions).Intensity control, choreography, and music technique.

    • Effective use of props and motivational cues.

  • Submit your application online. Yoga teacher applicants will be invited to demo their skills following completion of all prerequisites.
