After Glow | Social Stir

International Yoga Day + Summer Solstice

This season, we pause differently.

Join us fireside for a special Summer Solstice edition of Social Stir — where we celebrate International Yoga Day and Summer Solstice with a community kick-off to Summer.  Inspired by this month’s Power 9 brand principle ‘Joyful Connection,’ we come together with the simple ritual of slowing down to spend time with people you love.

It’s about the pause. The laughter. The exhale after a full day. The full hearts.

✨ Fire pit + social stir filled with connection
✨ Light bites + a toast to cozy connections + social stir
✨ Community, conversation + summer-chill vibes

Come as you are. Stay awhile.
Because well-being was never meant to be practiced alone.

Pair it with our Press Play themed playlist power class experience beforehand at 6pm

Or simply join us for the social exhale after…

Echoes of the Heart | Summer Slowdown

A Strawberry Moon Yin + Reiki Experience

Like echoes traveling through stillness, the heart is always speaking. This practice is an invitation to finally hear it.

Under the energy of June’s Strawberry Moon, we gather for an evening of sacred stillness, softening, and heart-centered healing. A season that often asks us to move faster becomes an opportunity to slow down—to reconnect with yourself through presence, breath, and intentional rest.

Join Ashley and Magdalena for a deeply calming, Reiki-infused healing experience designed to soothe the nervous system and restore balance in body, mind, and spirit. Through grounding yin yoga, guided meditation, journaling, energy healing, and sound, you’ll be gently supported back into the quieter rhythm within yourself.

This heart-opening practice invites you to soften emotional tension, nourish self-love and compassion, and create space to receive instead of rush. Together, we’ll explore the energy of the heart chakra through long-held yin postures, sacred stillness, and moments of reflection.

We’ll begin with nourishing yin poses to open the heart and settle the body before moving into a guided chakra meditation practice centered around the question: What is my heart asking me to nurture this season?

This will be followed by gentle group Reiki energy work with supportive touches of calming aromatherapy to deepen relaxation and emotional release. A soothing sound bath will carry you further into stillness before we close with an extended candlelit savasana—a space to simply rest, receive, and downshift.

Expect to leave feeling grounded, softened, emotionally restored, and more connected to the quiet wisdom of your own heart.

Buck Full Moon Lunar Flow | Illuminated Clarity

description

Same Sunday Sunrise.
Same Sunday Service energy.
Same Sacred Stillness

Just a little sweeter. A little softer. A little more intentional.

This full moon marks the season when male deer (bucks) begin regrowing their antlers — a symbol of growth, strength, renewal, and becoming through expansion, heart illumination and clarity. It has also historically been called the Thunder Moon or Hay Moon, reflecting the powerful summer storms and the soft strength of midsummer harvest season.

about The lunar flow series

“Move Slow. Live Fully.”

The Lunar Flow Series is designed to help you attune to the natural rhythms of the season.

In the height of summer, nature reaches its peak—long days, heightened energy, outward expression lead to overexertion, burnout, and disconnection from self.

Same Sunday Sunrise.
Same Sunday Service energy.

Just a little sweeter. A little softer. A little more intentional.

Named after the massive sturgeon fish historically most abundant during this time of year, the Sturgeon Moon symbolizes instinct, resilience, ancient wisdom, and trusting the deeper currents within ourselves. As summer begins its quiet transition toward fall, this moon invites us inward — toward intuition, authenticity, and remembering who we are beneath the noise.

    • Stir in blended bean mixture, whole beans, remaining broth, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.

    • Simmer for about 15 minutes.

30 Days to Elevate (2026)

description:

Our annual new year, fresh start program where you Bring Your Daily Intentions to Life.

30 Days to Elevate is more than a program — it’s a guided accountability journey. It is your invitation to disrupt daily routines, inject purpose or habits into your life, and help you translate daily intentions into meaningful action.

Whether you seek a challenge or simply want to create sustainable habits, this 30-day program gives you the tools, structure, and community to show up for yourself every day.

For 30 days, you’ll cultivate routines that stick — on and off the mat.

best for:

This program is not intended for the faint of heart, but it is designed to meet you wherever you are. We provide guidance for sleep, nutrition, and movement, but you decide how much or how little to take on. Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced, and Aspiring Yogis welcome.

Success is measured in daily practice, not perfection.

WHAT YOU GET:

  • Daily Prompts & Reflection:
Guided exercises and journal prompts to anchor your intentions and track your progress.

  • Private Community Support:
Access to a members-only group for sharing wins, tackling obstacles, and celebrating progress.

  • Movement That Fits You:
Daily activity of any kind — studio practice, home flow, walks, or workouts — whatever moves your body and fuels your energy.

WHY IT WORKS — The Power 9 in Practice

Grounded in Blue Zone–inspired Power 9 Practices, this program encourages small, consistent daily habits that compound into lasting change.

DOWNSHIFT:
Start small — PAUSE — create intentional space in your day to reset.

NATURAL MOVEMENT:
Move your body daily in ways that bring joy and energy. YOU decide how, what, and when — hit the mat in studio, move at home, or get active in any way you choose.

NOURISH WISELY:
Examine what fills your cup and fuels you — and practice intentional choices as a mindfulness exercise. Use the 80/20 Rule to maintain balance.

COMMUNITY & CONNECTION:
Be part of a community that lifts each other up. Invest in BELONGING with loved ones and supporters — your “Right Tribe.”

Here, we learn how to not let life get in the way so we can LIVE WITH PURPOSE.

Echoes of the Heart | Reiki-Infused Yin Yoga + Sound Healing

Description

A healing journey back to the rhythm that’s always been yours.

In the fast pace of life, it’s easy to lose touch with the quite rhythm of our own heart. This practice is an invitation to soften, listen and return to that rhythm.

Join Ashley and Magdalena for one-hour, reiki infused healing practice designed to restore balance in body, mind and spirit. This unique experience combines the grounding energy of yin yoga, the transformative power of reiki, and the calming presence of guided meditation.

We’ll begin with gentle yin postures to open the heart and settle the body before moving into a guided chakra-clearing meditation, supported by Magdalena’s group reiki energy work. A soothing sound bath will carry you deeper into release and alignment. We’ll close in an extended savasana - complete with cold lavender Reiki-infused towels and the soft glow of candlelight - so you can fully receive and rest.

Expect to relax, calm your nervous system, release emotional blockages and to tune back in to the rhythm of your own heart.

Date

Friday, October 17

Length

5:30-6:45pm // 75min

Cost

$30
