Yoga has taught me to slow down, breathe, and find strength in stillness—something I didn’t always allow in my everyday life. What began as a way to reset has grown into a practice that keeps me grounded and gives me the energy to show up more fully for myself and others.

This studio has been my home for many years, not only as a place to practice but as a community that has supported and shaped me. I’m grateful for the chance to give back as a teacher, and I look forward to growing together on the mat.
