I was first introduced to yoga at the age of 16, and what began as simple curiosity quickly grew into a practice I could not imagine my life without.
Living with PCOS and navigating hormonal ups and downs often left me feeling disconnected from my body. When I stepped onto my mat something shifted. I found strength, confidence, and a sense of peace I had not felt before. Yoga became more than movement. It became my anchor.
When I am practicing or teaching, I feel grounded, calm, and empowered. I carry that energy with me off the mat and my hope is to help others feel the same, especially in moments when life feels overwhelming.
As a 200-hour certified instructor through The Alley x PYC’s Yoga Teacher Training Collective, I feel honored to guide others in discovering their own strength and balance. My passion is helping people through their struggles and holding space for them to find peace, resilience, and connection on their mat.
